Bruderhilfe has renovated and restocked the Ejio Primary Health Center, in Ejio Ewekoro Local Government, Ogun State. Medical supplies and equipment including Hospital beds, birthing kits, medicine, amongst many others were donated to the health centre after the refurbishing. 

The organization has also conducted Medical outreaches in more than fifty Communities, reaching about 100,000 people in rural / remote / hard to reach communities in Nigeria; with health checks and orientation, distribution of Vitamin supplements, Anti-Malaria Drugs, Deworming Drugs, treated mosquito nets, maternity kits, and other medical supplies and hospital consumables, to children, youth, the elderly and women in these communities.

BruderHilfe has also partnered with various donor agencies, government institutions and other local and international organisations, including Medshare Inc and state governments to donate medical supplies and equipment across Nigeria. They include: distribution of 7 containers of donated medical equipment and supplies to hospitals and primary care facilities in over six States in Nigeria; and donating supplies to Borno, Bauchi, Sokoto, Katsina States as well as to Health Facilities in Ogun, Oyo and Lagos States through partner NGOs, between 2018 and 2020.

Other health intervention include sensitisation exercises and distribution of palliative in communities in Lagos, Oyo and Bauchi States, during the recent COVID 19 pandemic, where more than 300 people were reached.
